“Jason has many good business insights.”
“When I started, I thought who’s an interesting, intelligent person that I can call and have a conversation with today? First choice, Jason Amato, and he picked up on the first ring. We talked about business, we talked about spirituality, we talked about life, talked about our futures, and I would say it was probably one of the most rewarding conversations I’ve had in a long time.”
“You underestimate the impact you’re making — or the power of your reputation, Jason!”
“These operators are working with a true architect.”

Choose based on your current priority. If you need clarity on revenue, margins, and financial decision-making, the Financial Intelligence Lab is your starting point. If you need call center structure, booking rates, and CSR accountability, start with the Call Center Lab. If you want both, attend both — they are designed to integrate.
Yes. Each lab is a standalone, fully contained working session. You will leave with a complete implementation framework specific to that discipline. Attending both is recommended for full system integration, but one lab alone will produce immediate operational impact.
Yes. This is a working room, not a lecture. You will get significantly more value if you arrive with your most recent P&L, your current booking and conversion metrics, and any scorecards or reporting your team uses today. A pre-event preparation guide will be sent after registration.
You will not be sitting in rows watching a presentation. Every session is structured around your actual numbers, your actual team, and your actual operating gaps. You leave with a completed scoreboard, a 90-day roadmap, and a decision cadence your team can run the following Monday.
This lab is designed for companies doing approximately $3M–$50M in annual revenue with an existing leadership team. If you are pre-revenue or in your first year of operation, the frameworks will be premature for your stage. If you are scaling and hitting operational ceilings, this is exactly the room.
The VIP experience includes a private executive dinner with Jason Amato and the faculty team, a small-group strategy session focused on your specific business, and a post-lab advisory session with Jason. VIP seats are limited and subject to approval.
